Horizon

There is a place, a space
an envelope of time
Before the sun burns it away
and the night hides its crime.

Everything here is silent
a motionless endlessness
A floating, frozen precipice
hanging over the nothingness.

But now the Horizon speaks in a whisper
only I can hear
"Come to me, enter me,
there is nothing of me to fear".

Without warning, I feel its pull
I'm like a passionate lover
who can't wait to be taken
Never wanting it to be over.

Just living in the bliss
of this place, this space
An endless climax
without a body, without a face.

Stripped of all humanity
just some atoms in the eve
I give myself to the Horizon
So, now I can never, ever, leave.

There is a place, a space
an envelope of time
Before the sun burns it away
and the night hides its crime.
